About Chef Raisie
A New York native of Lebanese-Jewish background, Chef Raisie Saad is the face behind CedarStar Catering. Her cooking is the combination of a love of contemporary cuisine mixed with a respect for her ancestry. Raisie studied at the Bishulim Culinary Institute of Tel Aviv, and worked as a cook in restaurants both in Tel Aviv and New York City.

CedarStar Catering uses all Glatt Kosher, Beit Yosef products. All of our food is cooked fresh on premises in a meat kitchen. We are closed on Shabbat and Yom Tov.
